Orders from thecurrentnewyork.com ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated transit time for domestic ground shipping is typically 2-7 business days, and for international shipping is typically 2-9 business days. Domestic and International orders ship the same day when received before 10am Eastern Standard Time.
As the international recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Customs policies vary widely between countries. Please contact the recipient's customs office for further information.
The purchased item(s) can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, the ordered item(s) are fully inspected by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must email us within 24 hours. All returns must be authorized by thecurrentnewyork.com and sent back to us in their original packaging provided with the requested Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the original condition, with all thecurrentnewyork.com and designer garment tags still un-removed. The Security tag must still be intact and un-removed from the returned items. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original hangtags or with removed/cut hangtags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer's shipping expense. All returning items can be combined into one package, and the return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Initial shipping costs & handling charges are not refundable.
All jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, and final sale items are non-returnable.
You must send your return within 30 days from the delivery date (based on the delivery complete day by the carrier) in order to be eligible for a return.
Step 1. Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org for 'Return Request'.
Step 2. You will get a reply email from us with a RMA number. Please print out the RMA number sheet or write the RMA number to the original receipt.
Step 3. Obtain a shipping label from using a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The return package must have a tracking number and/or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Step 4. Pack the returning items in the same way as you received, include the RMA number sheet and the original receipt in the box, and seal securely.
Step 5. Drop your shipment off.

Once our return center receives your return package, please allow 2-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.
